the more the merrier

Any library books you borrow in the month of December will be all yours over the Christmas break, with the due date after we return from the holidays. And to add to the festive fun, there is no limit on what you can check out!

Stop by and grab a book on display, browse the shelves, or request a BOOK BUNDLE for the holidays >>

fine dining

Spread some comfort & joy the week of Nov 29 to Dec 3.

Bring non-perishable items to the library and have $1 per item removed from your late fines. All food items will be donated to Archway Food Bank #BCflood efforts.

This is a great opportunity to be a blessing to those struggling in our community, and to clear your library account of late fines!

Wondering how many items you should bring to the library to clear your account? To see a list, go to the updates of the Schoology group: MEI Secondary Library.

**And if you don’t have any late fines, you’re still welcome to bring donations – the more the merrier! MEI Library is partnering with APEX and all donations will be part of the larger MEI Secondary goal.

Deck the Walls

The annual Christmas decorating party “DECK THE WALLS” is back at the library this Thursday November 25 during lunch break! If you’d like to come help decorate the library for Christmas, fala lala along with some Christmas tunes and leave with a goodie bag full of tasty treats RSVP to Ms. Penner. There’s a limit to how many people can join in this year, but anyone grades 9-12 is welcome. Grab a friend and RSVP quickly so you don’t miss out!

Read on with no worries!

Do you have a library book checked out, that’s due today? Have no worries! On days that the library closed, for #BCstorm or some other reason, your due date will automatically be updated to the next day the library is open — and no late fines are added to your account for days the library is closed. So read on!
